Commercial Production Tables Options
Stål Timber Production Tables were conceived from designer Josh Marten’s experiences and conversations with customers in commercial and industrial environments. We think your tables should be able to last the life of your shop and look good doing it.
We produce our tables ‘to order’ due to the number of options available in producing the perfect table for you.
We offer nationwide shipping on modular configurations.
Materials for top work surface and shelves (plywood, mdf, melamine, etc) are not typically included as we believe that these materials can be sourced more cost effectively from local vendors. We provide detailed drawings to fabricate these elements that we include with your order, instructions for installation, and all the hardware needed for installation and assembly.

Standard Sizes
Standard Model - 5’ x 10’
Our Standard Model table in 5’ x 10’ size with work surface and storage shelf*. One of our most popular models. Available with casters or leveling feet**.
Deluxe - 5’ x 10’
Our Deluxe Model table in 5’ x 10’ size with work surface, tool shelf, and storage shelf*. One of our most popular models. Available with casters or leveling feet**.
Hybrid Deluxe - 5’ x 10’
Our Hybrid Deluxe Model table in 5’ x 10’ size. The Hybrid Model includes a unique shelving solution that includes a tool shelf and storage shelf on one side, and a more spacious storage solution on the other side consisting of a single storage shelf*. The modular nature of our tables allows for future upgrades or changes. Available with casters or leveling feet**.
Deluxe Model ‘Block’ - 5’ x 5’
Our Deluxe Model ‘Block’ in 5’ x 5’ size. The ‘Block’ Model is our smallest standard sized table. The Deluxe ‘Block’ includes both tool shelf and storage shelf in addition to the standard top work surface*. Available with casters or leveling feet**. Basic Model - 5’ x 10’
Our basic model in 5’ x 10’ size. A simple but strong and durable work table. Perfect for situations with rolling-under-the-table storage.
Media Storage - 5’ x 10’
An option designed for shops that need large flat shelf space. Perfect for sheet media. The Media Storage model is designed without center rails to optimize open shelf space. Available with casters or leveling feet*.
Media Storage XL - 5’ x 10’
The Media Storage XL is designed for shops that desire a lot of flat storage space. The name pretty much says it all! Similar in every way to the standard Media Storage model except that it features four shelves of flat storage for large-scale sheet media instead of three. Available with casters or leveling feet*.
*Please note that work surface/top and shelving material are not included with your order. Stål Timber believes it is more cost effective to source this material locally. We provide cutting diagrams and information regarding sourcing this material.
**Tables come standard with leveling feet, casters are provided as an option for an additional fee. Our casters are chosen for their size, weight capacity, and durability.

LASER CUT BRACKETS & BOLT PLATES
Laser cut brackets and bolt plates for ease of construction and assembly
2-INCH OVERHANG
Frame sized 2 inches less on each side compared to top. This allows for easy clamping or mounting to edge. Our most popular option.
FLUSH TOP
Frame dimension same as desired finished top work surface dimensions. No overhang on top work surface.
CASTERS
High-capacity 5″ locking casters rated at 325 lbs. load each. Mounted on 2,000 lbs. capacity threaded tube feet. Perfect for situations that demand flexibility and mobility.
LEVELING FEET
2.4″ diameter, rated at 250 lbs. load each. Mounted on 2,000 lbs. capacity threaded tube feet. Perfect for stationary applications or where precise level is needed.
HIGH-CAPACITY THREADED TUBE INSERTS
All of our leg assemblies come standard equipped with high-capacity threaded tube inserts capable of supporting 2,000 lbs! Easily attach our leveling feet or casters or any other accessory you source yourself.
FINISH OPTIONS
A number of finishing options exist to help suit your shops needs and individual tastes
Clear-Coat Lacquer Finish - A simple industrial look. We coat our bare steel in a clear coat of lacquer—this protects your table from rust and oxidation while still allowing for the character of the steel to show. A perfect option for those who appreciate a more industrial, minimalist aesthetic, or as a budget-friendly option.
Powder Coated Finish - We offer powder coating of our tables in a variety of standard colors. The powder coat offers excellent protection of your table while also allowing for a custom look that reflects you or your shops individual taste and branding. Our most popular option.
Custom Powder Coated Finish - Maximum customization. For those looking for something unique, or for shops whose brand and identity comes foremost. We can powder coat your table in almost any color imaginable or a combination of colors. This option is priced based on options chosen, contact us for more information.

Accessories & Add-Ons
In our effort to provide the best work environment for your shop’s needs and through conversation with our clients we’ve developed some accessories to customize your tables and improve the efficiency and productivity of your shop.
We currently offer a few options regarding media racks and rolling media carts but are always open to customizing these options to fit your shops needs and are also interested in collaborating with your shop to produce custom accessories to fit your specific needs.
Media Rack
Our standard tabletop mounted media rack is designed in order to create an all-in-one solution for your shop’s needs. Whether you work in print, shipping, garment production, or any other environment in which quick and convenient access to roll media is essential, we’ve got you covered!
Our standard media rack holds up to three 60″ rolls of 9” diameter media and tapes at-the-ready for dispensing or storage.
Media can be drawn under the removable bar guide for unrolling across your table top length. Perfect for rolling vinyl off of your printer ready for cutting, taping, and weeding. The design also features a base that serves perfectly as a small tool storage trough.
Bolts down to Stål Timber tables and existing tables using provided hardware. Drilling tabletop is required. Some minor modification may be required for tables under 60″ wide.
Our media rack comes standard in clear-coated steel but powder coated options are available as well upon request.

Heavy-Duty Media Cart
When we say heavy duty we mean it! Our Heavy-Duty Media Cart has a capacity up to 1000lbs!!!
Our standard media cart measures 26” x 26” square for a compact solution to store all of your media safely. Our carts are built of the same solid and durable 2” tube steel as our tables and sit upon heavy duty casters to move your media wherever and whenever you need it.
The standard design can handle up to 16 rolls of 3” core media — custom sizes and orientations are available as well.
Our carts come standard with clear-coated steel but powder coating options are available as well upon request.
